Just a thot.. Government gives more rebate to ppl staying in hdb flats.. But then, prices of hdb flats have just been soaring. So, for most ppl, since the amount you pay for a hdb now can probably get you a condo by just topping up a fair amount, they rather get condos. which would mean more ppl would be staying in condos.. Therefore, this would at the end of the day mean they wouldn't need to give so many ppl more gst rebates! Wo. They can really think long term and save man!!
