p.s. when you finally let everything out, it feels so much better. do watteva it takes. scream to a wall, talk to your dolls, talk to someone you trust(it always works best) or even go to a religious place where you often go to do your offerings and prayers. going to beaches to take strolls or just to sit around even if you're alone, its good enough. because sometimes, all you need is a quiet place to sit and think/ reflect about what you've done. and its only when you've done so, then you'll feel good and so much better.. coz sometimes, what you need to do is take a step back to know and think about what you're doing before moving on. it works.
